The guestrooms at the Inn at Mill Falls offer the following amenities. For simplicity, we have created a comparison chart of all of our inns and cottages, showing their amenities in a grid.

The guestrooms at Chase House, Church Landing and Bay Point offer the following amenities:

• Complimentary WiFi (both wireless and wired high speed connection at Church Landing)
• Cable TV
• Refrigerators
• Free local calls
• Free parking

Features at all four Inns:

• Smoke-free guestrooms.
• A comfortable common area with complimentary public access computers.
• Complimentary coffee, tea, and hot cocoa in the lobbies in all four of our inns 24 hours a day.
• Available upon request: a DVD or VCR, children’s pack n play, cots (we have a limited number of these items, please reserve in advance when possible).
• Wireless internet is available at no cost at all in all of our guestrooms, public spaces both indoors and out, and in all of our conference facilities.
