How do I purchase a Gift Certificate?

A gift certificate for the Inns at Mill Falls and Cascade Spa can be purchased either by accessing the gift certificate section or by phoning our Guest Service Department at 1-800-622-6455.
You may purchase a gift certificate in any denomination; if you have a particular package or treatment in mind, you may purchase a certificate for the exact amount of the package.
We recommend you choose a dollar denomination so that the recipient may select from all options.

Does the Gift Certificate have an expiration date?

There is no expiration date for our Gift Certificates. However, the original gift certificate must be presented when the certificate is redeemed.

Can I purchase a Gift Certificate and have it sent to someone other than myself?

Yes, the on-line form allows you to send certificates to another recipient, which can be mailed with a personalized message from you.

I’d like to purchase a Gift Certificate for the Marketplace Shops at Mill Falls. How do I do this? Are they accepted at all Marketplace Shops?

Marketplace “Mill Bills” can be purchased for all Marketplace Shops. Please contact Guest Services to select any $10.00 denomination.
Please Note: These must be ordered separately from Inn and Spa Gift Certificates, and cannot be ordered online at this time.
