How do I purchase a Gift Certificate?

• A gift card for the Inns at Mill Falls and Cascade Spa can be purchased either at the Gift Card page or by phoning our Guest Service Department at 1-800-622-6455.
• Mill Falls gift cards are not valid at the restaurants. For gift cards to Lago, Lakehouse, Camp and the Town Docks please visit The Common Man website.

Does the Gift Card have an expiration date?

• There is no expiration date for our Gift Certificates.
• Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and will not be refunded if lost are stolen.

Can I purchase a Gift Card and have it sent to someone other than myself?

• Yes, our online order form allows you to send gift cards to another recipient, which can be mailed with a personalized message from you.

I’d like to purchase a Gift Certificate for the Marketplace Shops at Mill Falls. How do I do this? Are they accepted at all Marketplace Shops?

• Marketplace “Mill Bills” can be purchased for all Marketplace Shops. Please contact Guest Services to select any $10.00 denomination.
• Please Note: These must be ordered separately from Inn and Spa Gift Cards and cannot be ordered online at this time.
