MASSAGE CUPPING™ THERAPY
In this ancient clinical technique, a massage cup is positioned over the area of the body to be treated. Suction is created using a vacuum gun or bulb which increases local blood supply to the muscles and skin bringing nourishment and allowing toxins to be carried away via the veins. Experience a deep warmth and tingling sensation lasting long after your treatment has ended. The action on the nervous system is sedating, sending you into a profound state of relaxation. BAMBOO MASSAGE

DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE

MOTHER-TO-BE MASSAGE
Our massage therapists help relieve some of the aches and pains you are carrying, allowing you to relax and care for you and your baby. Not offered to mothers-to-be in their first trimester. $100 (50 min)

REFLEXOLOGY
This form of bodywork focuses primarily on the feet applying pressure to reflex areas that can promote health in the corresponding organs through energetic pathways. It promotes relaxation, improves circulation, reduces pain, soothes tired feet, and encourages overall healing. $100 (50 min)

CASCADE MASSAGE FOR TWO
Enjoy relaxation with a loved one or friend in our VIP Spa Suite designed for two where two therapists work simultaneously leaving you both in a state of bliss. Available in 50 or 80 minutes, price varies with massage chosen. (Lake Stone Radiance Massage not available as a couple's treatment)
