This Native American inspired tradition
uses the healing energies of stones. Your body absorbs the comfort of smooth,
heated stones used in conjunction with Swedish massage strokes to deeply penetrate

Warmed essential oils caress your back in a raindrop motion in order to improve

MASSAGE CUPPING™ THERAPY
In this ancient
clinical technique, a massage cup is positioned over the area of the body
to be treated. Suction is created using a vacuum gun or bulb which increases
local blood supply to the muscles and skin bringing nourishment and allowing
toxins to be carried away via the veins. Experience a deep warmth and tingling
sensation lasting long after your treatment has ended. The action on the nervous
system is sedating, sending you into a profound state of relaxation. The body

BAMBOO MASSAGE
Bamboo massage is a technique that incorporates warmed bamboo

This traditional
Swedish style full-body relaxation massage uses gentle to moderate pressure

HAWAIIAN PRE-NATAL MASSAGE
A gentle but effective massage for the mother to be, nurturing the whole body
and targeting the areas most effected by pregnancy. The gentle wavelike rhythm
of Hawaiian massage makes it the perfect blend of nurturing relaxation and
therapeutic massage for the expectant woman. Not offered to mothers-to-be

MOTHER-TO-BE MASSAGE
Our massage
therapists help relieve some of the aches and pains you are carrying, allowing
you to relax and care for you and your baby. Not offered to mothers-to-be

REFLEXOLOGY
This form of bodywork focuses primarily on the feet applying pressure
to reflex areas that can promote health in the corresponding organs through
energetic pathways. It promotes relaxation, improves circulation, reduces
pain, soothes tired feet, and encourages overall healing. $100 (50 minutes)
CASCADE MASSAGE FOR TWO
Enjoy relaxation with a loved one or friend in our
VIP Spa Suite designed for two where two therapists work simultaneously leaving
you both in a state of bliss. Available in 50 or 80 minutes, price varies
with massage chosen. (Lake Stone Radiance Massage not available as a couple’s
treatment)

The Lake Embrace Signature
In this all natural firming and toning treatment after a thorough
exfoliation our seaweed body mask is applied to re-mineralize, soften,
and tone the skin. Finally an application of our indulgent firming body
lotion is applied to leave the skin smooth, hydrated and softened. $110 (50
minutes), $155 (80 minutes, includes massage)
Birch Blanket Wrap
This specific treatment for muscle and joint pain calls on the essential
oils of eucalyptus and peppermint to increase circulation and ease pain.
The treatment includes a dry brush exfoliation, an application of our
muscle soak gel rich in minerals, trace elements and vitamins and an
application of eucalyptamint hydrating cream. $110 (50

Refreshing Lemongrass Body Glow
A salt scrub cleansing ritual combined with aromatic lemongrass essential
oils that are worked over your body and finished with a decadently rich,
hydrating shea and aloe body butter leaving skin soft, silky, and smooth

REIKI
A Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that
also promotes healing. It is administered by a Reiki Practitioner that utilizes
