Social Events & Weddings – Pricing
We have outlined pricing for our two major rentals: Church Landing and Chase House, and also Miscellaneous Information. Be sure to view the photo galleries of these two wonderful settings!
Church Landing
Winnipesaukee Ballroom
Accommodating up to 230 guests, the Winnipesaukee Ballroom is truly breathtaking, with its prime location on the shore of the Lake. A grander site for your wedding celebration would be hard to find!
Friday Events 2008
Evening 6:00pm – 11:00pm: $3500 + taxSaturday Events 2008

Waterfront
The Waterfront, lakeside at Church Landing, places you and your guests right on the shore of the lake and just steps away from the water’s edge. Available May through October, it is the perfect location to hold your ceremony or host your cocktail hour before proceeding inside to the Ballroom.

Ceremony Only: $800 + tax (includes white patio chairs)
Cocktail Hour Only: $650 + tax
Ceremony with Cocktail Hour following: $1000 + tax (includes white patio chairs)If the Waterfront is utilized before 6:00 pm on a Saturday, a tent must be rented. The 2008 fee for a white wedding tent is $850. The 2009 price will be confirmed 6 months prior to your event.
Chase House
Flagship Ballroom
Accommodating up to 120 guests, the Flagship Ballroom offers all of the elegance and beauty of a grand ballroom. An intimate setting for your wedding celebration.
Friday Events 2008
Evening 6:00pm – 11:00pm: $1,600 + taxSaturday Events 2008

Grass Patio
The Grass Patio, located just outside of the Chase House offers a beautiful view of Lake Winnipesaukee. Available May through October, it is the perfect location to hold your ceremony or host your cocktail hour before proceeding inside to the Flagship Ballroom.

Ceremony Only: $550 + tax (includes white patio chairs)
Cocktail Hour Only: $450 + tax
Ceremony with Cocktail Hour following: $750 + tax (includes white patio chairs)If the Patio is utilized before 6:00 pm on a Saturday, a tent must be rented. The 2008 price for a white wedding tent is $525. The 2009 price will be confirmed 6 months prior to your event.
Miscellaneous Information
- Receptions are limited to a five-hour period, and may not continue past 11 PM on Friday & Saturday evenings and 10 PM on Sundays.
- You are welcome to bring your own cake knife, toasting goblets, and other remembrance items.
- Our standard ivory table linen will be provided complimentary. Specialty linen is available in a variety of colors at an additional fee.
- Pricing for elegant chair covers, colored linens, white wedding tent and any other rental items will be confirmed 6 months prior to your event date. (2008 chair cover pricing: $2.95 per chair)
- The Inns does not allow the throwing of confetti, rice, or rose petals in the function rooms, inn, or hotel grounds. Wedding bubbles are prohibited inside our facilities.
- “Welcome Bags” or Gifts for guestrooms: You may order these through the Inns, or provide your own. Please note: there is a delivery fee of $1.50 per bag/gift if not ordered through the Inns. These arrangements must be made in advance.
Deposits / Payment Schedule
All deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable.
- Initial Deposit: $1,000 deposit is required at the time of securing the arrangements.
- Second Payment: $3,000 due three months before the wedding date.
- Final Payment: Due one week before the wedding date.
Menu Selections
- The menus & pricing featured in the PDF planner are available for events in 2008
- Menus & pricing for 2009 events and beyond will be confirmed 6 months prior to your event date.
- A guaranteed attendance count will be required 10 days before your event date. The final count is not subject to reduction. If more than 1 entreé is offered to guests, the specific counts will be due at this time, as well.
Food and Beverage Services
- The Inns must provide all catering and beverage items, with the exception of the wedding cake.
- Please be sure to add 8% New Hampshire State Tax and 20% service gratuity to any food or beverage items you are considering.
- The State of New Hampshire and its liquor commission regulate the sale and service of alcoholic beverages. The Inns & Spa at Mill Falls is responsible for the administration of these laws. Therefore, we do not allow food or beverages to be brought in or taken away from the premises. This is for your safety and the well being of our guests.
