Situated directly on the shores of Meredith Bay and accommodating up to 230 guests in a banquet setting with a dance floor, the Winnipesaukee Ballroom offers your guests the ultimate gathering location. Church Landing also provides an outdoor waterfront setting for your ceremony and/or cocktail reception.

Situated across the street from the lake the Flagship Ballroom can accommodate up to 120 of your guests in a banquet setting with a dance floor. A lush grass patio is also available for your ceremony and/or cocktail reception.

WEDDING PLANNING

  • Answer any questions, provide wedding suggestions and act as your primary Mill Falls contact throughout the wedding planning process
  • Act as menu consultant for all food and beverage selections
  • Detail your Banquet Event Orders, outlining wedding event details
  • Create a cost estimate of charges and a payment schedule
  • Recommend Mill Falls contacts to assist you with arrangements for spa, beauty, amenities, and rooms for your wedding guests
  • Recommend Preferred Wedding Vendors
  • Create a schedule of wedding weekend events including your rehearsal, rehearsal dinner, bridal luncheon, reception and/or farewell brunch

WEEK OF…

  • Arrange drop off time of all wedding related items for setup. Including but not limited to favors, assigned seating cards, guest book, welcome bags, etc.

REHEARSAL

  • Set the date and time for the rehearsal
  • Orchestrate the processional and recessional of bridal party, immediate family, officiant, musicians, etc.
  • Review details with key participants including arrival times and responsibilities

WEDDING DAY

  • Oversee the setup of contracted banquet space for the ceremony and reception
  • Coordinate vendor setup and breakdown times
  • Greet vendors upon arrival and field any setup or logistical questions
  • Ensure proper setup of wedding related items
  • Assist with pinning boutonnieres and corsages for key family and bridal party members
  • Monitor guest arrival to determine start of ceremony
  • Coordinate your wedding ceremony by arranging bridal party, cueing music and beginning the processional on time
  • After ceremony, escort bridal party and photographer to pre-determined photo location and direct guests to cocktail hour
  • Ensure banquet room is perfected for guest arrival at reception
  • Coordinate with DJ or band leader for line up of bridal party for grand entrance
  • Cue bridal party in order of introductions
  • Ensure introductions, first dance, toasts, etc are coordinated with banquet staff and vendors
  • Ensure a seamless transition to the Hotel’s Banquet Captain after dinner is complete
