Pet Friendly Rooms at Church Landing and the Inn at Mill Falls
Pet Friendly Accommodations
We would like to welcome you and your pet to The Inns & Spa at Mill Falls. We have the following policies in place regarding our 6 pet friendly accommodations, four guestrooms at Church Landing and two guestrooms at the Inn at Mill Falls. These policies are to ensure that you and your pet have a relaxing and enjoyable stay and coincide in harmony with all the inns’ guests.
A nightly fee of $25.00+ tax is charged, per pet, with a two pet maximum. In appreciation for all they do for our furry friends, $10.00 of this fee is donated to the New Hampshire Humane Society located in Laconia, New Hampshire.
A $350.00 damage deposit will be charged to your room at the time of check-in. This deposit is fully refundable, after your room is inspected*, and it is determined that no damage was caused to the property of The Inns & Spa at Mill Falls due to the housing of your pet. Should serious damage occur, you would be responsible for the entire amount of the damaged item(s).
* Please allow additional time at check out for the inspection process.
When housekeeping services are being administered, all pets must be crated for the duration of the service time, or the pet owner must be present for the duration of the service. If the pet is neither crated nor under the direct control of the pet owner, housekeeping services will not be performed.
All pets must be leashed while in public areas inside and outside of The Inns & Spa at Mill Falls. This is for the protection of all guests and staff.
Pets are only allowed in your guest room or in the hallway to go to and from the building entrance/exit. As a courtesy to others, unless for human aide (i.e. seeing eye dog), pets are not allowed in our lobby, conference, restaurants, spa or pool/fitness areas.
Pets may not be left unattended in guest rooms unless crated (sorry, we do NOT have crates available). We do however have pet sitting available (advance request needed). Pet sitting information and fee’s available at the front desk.
Noise complaints will be directed to the pet owner. Multiple noise complaints may result in the pet leaving the inns. Pet boarding information is available at the Front Desk.
For your convenience, we have a “special” walking trail for you and your pet to enjoy. Waste disposal bags are provided in your guestroom and at all front desk(s). Please help keep our grounds beautiful by picking up after your pet.
