The Lake Shore Cottage (two deluxe suites)

Decorated in classic Adirondack style, the Lakeshore Cottage features two deluxe suites adjacent to Church Landing directly on the shores of Lake Winnipesaukee.

The "Overlook Suite" at Lakeshore Cottage

Features:

• One floor of living space
• Two bedrooms: one queen bedded room, and one bedroom with two twins beds
• Living room with a pullout sofa bed and gas fireplace
• Attached dining area
• Fully equipped kitchen and two full baths
• Deck equipped with a gas grill overlooking the lake
• The Overlook Suite can accommodate four to six guests

The Lake Shore Cottage is tied into all of the Inns services including phone, complimentary WIFI, air conditioning, cable TV, pool, beaches, fitness center, and much more.

The "Hearthstone Suite" at Lakeshore Cottage

• One floor of living space on the lower level of the Lakeshore Cottage
• Can be reserved as an adjoining room to the Overlook Suite
• One room suite with a king bed
• Shared living area with a pullout sofa bed and hearthstone gas fireplace
• Glass shower and soaking tub
• Wet bar and window seat overlooking the lake
• Lakefront screened-in porch and stone deck
• Access to a boat dock
• Accommodates up to 4 guests

The Perch Cottage

Enjoy The Perch Cottage, just across the road from Lake Winnipesaukee and only a short walk to downtown Meredith!

The Perch features:

• Located on three floors of living space with great views of Meredith Bay
• The 1st floor has a spacious queen bedded room with a fieldstone gas fireplace, wet bar and bathroom
• The 2nd floor (main level) is furnished with a bedroom with twin beds and a full bath
• Cozy living room with a fieldstone, gas fireplace and large picture window with lake and mountain views on the first level
• Fully equipped kitchen with eat-in dining area
• The 3rd floor offers a king bed and an attached 3/4 bath
• Grassy lawn area with Adirondack chairs and a gas grill provided
• The Perch Cottage can accommodate up to six guests

Pet Friendly Accommodations

• We're sorry, The Perch and Lakeshore Cottages do not offer pet friendly accommodations. Please inquire about our pet friendly rooms at Mill Falls and Church Landing.

Reservation Information

Check-in: after 3 pm
Check-out: by 11 am

• A deposit of one night's room and tax is required to guarantee all reservations. This deposit will be applied towards the last night of your stay.
• In the event of cancellation or reduction of any nights of your stay, your deposit is fully refundable if The Inns are notified at least 2 weeks prior to your arrival date. There are no refunds for early departure or cancellation within 2 weeks of the scheduled arrival date.
• Holiday periods, special events, and selected weekends may be subject to an extended cancellation period.
• Cash, travelers checks, and all major credit cards are accepted.
• Personal checks may be accepted as deposit payments on reservations received at least 14 days prior to arrival.
