5/18 . Yoga in the Mountains 1000 with Christina Alexa, 7 - 11 am. Rattlesnake Mountain (1260') Join us on this family friendly hike to a spectacular rock formation overlooking Squam Lake and Lake Winnipesaukee. Degree of Difficulty: EASY

6/3 - 8/26 . Paddle Board Yoga with Lori Card. 7 - 9 am. Take your practice to the water where the paddle board becomes your mat. Bring your playful spirit and bathing suit, we supply the rest; board, paddle and life preserver.A typical class begins with dock orientation, a 15 minute paddle to a more quiet section of the lake, a 60 minute class and a 15 minute paddle back.
